Just a few of the songs from 2013, our first recording session (In our living room!). 9 songs total. Yes, this was recorded in our living room using an M-Audio 8 track interface with Ableton Live 8 software. (For us Nerds) Also, this added a fun DIY recording learning curve! … Meaning this: anyone, “and I mean anyone,” can record their own praise or worship music. It is not that hard. We only recorded this, due our needed copyrights because these are original songs. But then, the recording turned out sounding pretty good, friends wanted a copy so we converted it into a CD. We have given most away. Now, we also attached some downloadable here, for worship use, we freely give it to you, we allow all downloads of our songs as “Limited Free-Use“. Use them in your Worship, for soaking, or for your Personal or Corporate worship or ministry. We only ask, that they remain as “Limited Free-Use” and therefore Limited, in that they are for personal use, worship, or your general ministry use, meaning not to be sold, for profits/gain. Simply shared with others freely!

We still have a few of the 1st and 2nd CD, we will simply give them out to the Passionfire Life Group “New Comer folk”, and the people that contact us, due they still have a CD player. Don’t laugh, I still got one! …But, it don’t work no more lol. FYI. if you are up to date you can download. Track #1 “Bring Revival” This song just came as a “cry to the Lord” for more of His presence. Karen is Playing Keyboard – Keyboard effects are crystal arpeggiator (This added shimmer) – our son Caleb is on Drums – Check out his photo above …. he was quite young, but a natural drummer! Nothing was written down at the time, it was just spontaneous. – – – – – – – – – – – – – Track #1 “Bring Revival”

Track #2 “The River” this was an intimate song that came out of Ezekiel 47:1-12. I am playing acoustic guitar, the progression just happened, and Karen again is in spontaneous song. After listening, we decided for arrangement, that some kind of wood flute sound was missing. So, Karen played a Rosewood flute, it has a mellow, rich tone. I just dubbed it in after our first session. We chose this song, for the name of the CD. Karen vocal – No Drums – Me on Acoustic guitar – and Me again dubbed in playing quietly 2 very soft acoustic harmonies. This added a barely noticeable, 12 string flavor – Also, nothing was written at the time, just spontaneous worship.

Track #5 “You are Everything” Karen vocal – Karen arranged. This song is with Kelly Wiersma and Vicky Walden blended in as soft back-up vocal harmonies – Caleb on drums – Michael Yates played Acoustic guitar – I played Electric guitar – We had the whole team present on this song. Track # 5 “You are Everything”

Track #6 “You are Worthy” This is a fun song – we played again and again – Karen vocal – Karen arranged it with the dynamic “all stop” near the end – Caleb on drums – Me again on electric guitar – this is a Kingdom song for worshiping the “Identity” of Christ. Track #6 “You are Worthy”

Also, a Live Prophetic worship recorded

In 2014, we had our first Full Prophetic Worship Service (where the Spirit just showed up and scrapped our, pre-planned song list). This was quite different, and unpredictable; with there being no plan, no music/no songs at all, or chord sheets. And this all happened, in a live worship setting; we were familiar with soaking. But, this was just a bit above a soaking level service, Karen was singing out the Rama word. This was not something any of us had experienced at this level before. Except, when we were present when Don Potter sang out a revelation message combined teaching. This service had a very Heavy, blanket Presence feel, in the room. …At this evening service, …we felt a strong outflow, both prophetic word and revelational teaching, was being “Declared” over an “entire church”; as a “whole body”, as opposed to the prophetic words that are normally sung over individual people, in a soaking service! This was such a contrast, honestly, too what we had been expecting in the flow of the Holy Spirit we felt a bit stunned! And, for that evening, …for us, it was more like Witnessing a Corporate Healing in full process! …We were taken back! …So, we just did what we could, and fell face first into it! We started the recorder at the beginning of the service! After mixing down what we could plus, I felt to add in a wind effect, …Funny, from this one live take, and allowing for prayerful reflection, it seemed to us, as if, we were only there observing something, …we concluded it just was a Corporate Open Heart Surgery!
